The hotel had a great location, right in the center of L'Orient, which made it easy to explore the shopping district. I really appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff who made my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, I struggled with the Wi-Fi connection in my room, which was on the top floor, and that was a bit of a downside. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved upon.
